MartialFlow provides role-based dashboard views designed for different user responsibilities. This guide explains what each role sees and how to navigate their interface effectively.

Director Dashboard

Main Dashboard View

When Directors log in, they see the Operations Dashboard with business oversight:

Role-Based Dashboard Selection

• Director View - Full analytics and business metrics (default for Directors)
• Instructor View - Teaching-focused dashboard view
• Dashboard Toggle - Directors can switch between views

Director Dashboard Features

• Overview Section - Main dashboard with key metrics
• Analytics Integration - Direct access to analytics features
• Instructor Group Selection - Can select and view specific instructor groups
• Full System Access - Complete navigation menu access

Navigation Menu (Director)

Directors have access to all menu sections:

• Overview - Role-based dashboard with group selection
• Analytics - Student trends, churn metrics, conversion tracking
• Forms - Create, update, delete all entities
• Dashboards - Detailed views for students, customers, classes
• Tables - List views of all entities with full access
• Communications - Send messages, view history, manage templates
• Settings - Profile, appearance, password, and MFA settings

Administrator Dashboard

Main Dashboard View

Administrators see the same Overview Dashboard as Directors, with most functionality:

• Director View - Full analytics and metrics (same as Directors)
• Instructor View - Can switch to instructor perspective
• Group Selection - Can select instructor groups to view
• Full Analytics - Access to business metrics and trends

Navigation Menu (Administrator)

Administrators have access to most features:

• Overview - Full dashboard access with role-based views
• Analytics - Complete analytics and business intelligence
• Forms - Create, update, delete most entities
• Dashboards - Detailed views for all entities
• Tables - List views of all entities
• Communications - Full communication system access
• Settings - Profile, appearance, password, and MFA settings
• ❌ Limited: Cannot create user accounts (Director only)

Instructor Dashboard

Instructors see the Instructor Dashboard with focused, limited access:

Special Access: Group Dashboard

Instructors have access to a specialized group dashboard:

• Group-Specific View - Dashboard tailored to their instructor group
• Group Analytics - Metrics and data for their assigned group
• Group Management - Tools specific to their group's needs
